Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, including tracking information for your purchase.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for all products that are not personal, custom-made, or made to order. You have 14 days to return your product from the date of receipt.
A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT
As our products are handmade, slight variations may occur compared to the images shown on the website. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us by email at info@vanjaviola.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process, so we recommend that you carefully review your order before completing it.

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please make a return instead.
DELIVERY
Our poufs are shipped within two business days, while headboards have a delivery time of 6–8 weeks.
